This LCD-backlit performance monitor will let you stay up to date with your fitness data and keep track of your exercise progress. This smart display shows you the distance traveled, calories burned, current speed, time exercised, rpm, ODOmeter, watts, heart rate via the handle sensors, target heart rate, resistance level and program.
There is a device holder on top of the performance monitor, where you can place your smartphone or tablet and stay connected, entertained and distracted with the music and videos to be able to exercise longer. With the electromagnetic resistance feature on this elliptical trainer you can change your level of challenge by a simple push of a button. There are 16 real and progressive levels of resistance to challenge you. You can also choose from 24 different training programs for whatever workout goals you may have.
Different muscles, like the quads and calves on your legs will be used and strengthened as you stride backwards. You have the pulse sensors on the fixed handles in the middle for an accurate heart rate reading, so that you can stay in your target heart rate one and burn calories more efficiently.
