in the product photos. You can even put a bench in this sauna to be able to lie down, for when you use it on your own or for two people to sit down. If you find that your flat is too small for this 2-person tent sauna you may consider sealing up your shower area and using the steamer in there.
You can use a thermometer inside to keep track of the temperature and set it to what you wish. At the high levels (level 9) you’ll easily get to 184 degrees Fahrenheit or so. And you can set it to level 6 or 7 if you want more gentle heat. This much humidity means you need to wipe it with a towel and with wipes after each use, so that you don’t get molding. You can incorporate it into your workout routine and let the cabin fill with steam 10 minutes before you’re done with your workout. It may be ideal for one person’s use too if they are very tall and large as you can arrange how far you wish to be from where the steam is coming in. Please note that this is not a commercial grade steam sauna set with very hot temperatures but still does the job quite well. It is a user-friendly steam sauna set that is easy to operate, runs quietly and does the job well with plenty of heat and humidity.
