And the maximum temperature that you can set is 150 degrees but at 130 degrees or so you will be sweating in 20 to 30 minutes.
You need to to put the foam pad on the floor inside the tent as it catches the sweat for you to clean it up easily. It also protects the bottom section from the chair legs. Harmony Deluxe Sauna is great for relaxation and detox purposes, it is good for your pores, skin and overall physical and mental health. The chair measures 24W x 18.5D x 30.75H inches with a seat height of 17.25 inches and the armrest height of 23.75 inches.
