And the four floor suction cups underneath on the base will keep the platform stable and safe by using the air pressure difference to fix the platform on the ground for you during the intense vibrations. It has a good quality steel build, weighs about 10 pounds and measures 20.8 x 12.2 x 5.1 inches and can carry up to 265 pounds of user weight of people at different ages and with different body types. The resistance bands will help strengthen your upper body and mostly your triceps and biceps.
It comes with the Bluetooth and USB player feature for you to listen to relaxing or other music to make your workout more fun. And you can change your settings through the remote control provided without needing to pause your session. It has the built-in security functions like the short circuit protecting and overheating protection. Please note that there is no 3D motion or dual motors on this vibration plate. But there
are 180 levels of intensity or speed on this powerful vibration platform, yet it works quietly at a noise level of less than 30 decibels even at the high speeds.
The instructions on the user manual are in English and Spanish, they are easy to read and understand and the machine is very easy to operate. It is shipped fully assembled and you won’t need to do anything extra as it is pretty much a simple plug and play type of vibration platform. You can also use it on a carpet just like you can on the hard wooden floors. It is very much worth the money and we’re more than happy to recommend it as it does the job well and you’ll feel your legs and buttocks getting sore after a couple of uses. It would be good for those that don’t like active exercising much or those that would like to combine it into their conventional workout routine along with a healthy eating plan.
