Black Living Essentials Gamma Treadmill is sleek and compact, taking up minimal space at home, weighs 55.18 pounds with a total user weight capacity of 220 pounds (100kg) and measures 51.87L x 23.5W x 5.5H inches. You can walk or jog slowly on its large anti-slip shock-absorbing tread belt that measures 40.75 x 16.75 inches at the speeds between 0.5mph and 4 mph. The walking area- the treadmill belt is pretty much the same as a standard home treadmill. It has the transport wheels underneath at the front and you can move it anywhere in your house or office and put it away for storage in your closet, under the bed or couch out of sight when you’re not using it.
You can Start or Stop your workout, adjust your speed or workout time, select a preset mode through the built-in dashboard at the front. It is an LED-backlit display with 12 programs (P1 to P12) and 3 built-in workout programs and a wireless remote control for adjusting the time and speed with the quick speed, M (mode), P (program) and Power On / Off buttons. There are three modes that you can choose by using the Mode button that lets you switch between distance count down, calories count down or time count down. It has the default time set of 30 minutes for each session and you can run the treadmill to the preset speed depending on the selected program of P1 to P12.

You may want to use it on a mat to also absorb the shock a little more. You can plug this 110V, 60Hz equipment into a regular US wall outlet. For maintenance please lift the edge of the tread belt with a screw driver and apply lubricant as deep as possible. Not having the rails or handles on the sides makes the workout harder and more challenging even if it is just walking or slow jogging when you’re working. It works quietly, making less noise than a regular treadmill as it is designed for office or under desk use. You can work on your PC, do your conference calls and virtual meetings comfortably without getting disturbed by noise. The tread belt is wider than the similar models in the same price range and works as promised. Even the taller or heavier adults can use it comfortably as long as they don’t weigh more than 220 pounds.
