The temperature in the sauna is between 113 and 131 degrees Fahrenheit. You can use it in any part of your apartment or house and would especially work for those with restricted spaces. You do not need to make any special arrangements for it. You can keep your head and hands out during the session if you want to play with your smartphone or tablet, watch a vide or listen to songs. There is not much cleaning needed as you do not sweat as much as you do in a conventional sauna.
